Tibetan sound bowls are used to connect with you and clear the energy ready for deep rest and relaxation. I gently use a combination of Gua sha & hands to massage your face, neck & scalp to help switch off those pesky thoughts rushing around your head. Once I have calmed your thoughts ,I then massage your neck, back & shoulders while you peacefully snooze, letting my healing hands ,Gua sha, Himalayan salt stones & sound bowls deal with your inner and outer aches & pains….
